Background
Ankita is a passionate physiotherapist with an interest in treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries. After finishing her graduation in 2018, she started working at a high performance sports clinic as a physiotherapist. Here, she had the opportunity to work with a cricket team, tennis athletes, and marathon runners to name a few. She was always keen on pursuing her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy and with that in mind, she moved to Adelaide in 2022 to study at University of South Australia.
Her treatment approach involves a combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation. She absolutely loves her PhysioEx classes and her 80s playlist is definitely a crowd favourite. Outside the clinic, Ankita loves watching sports. Her favourites include cricket, tennis, F1 and her recent obsession AFL. Her hobbies include reading, dancing and painting.
Ankita is multilingual and can converse fluently in English, Hindi, Konkani, Marathi & Kannada.
