2. Hydrotherapy Programs

Hydrotherapy is an excellent option for individuals who find land-based exercise difficult. Our Flinders Park hydrotherapy sessions focus on water-based movements to promote strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.

Personalised Assessment

Each participant undergoes an in-depth assessment before beginning, covering injury history, posture, joint function, flexibility, and muscle control. Based on this, we create a personalised hydrotherapy plan.

Individual Hydrotherapy Treatments

Under the supervision of an NDIS physiotherapist, participants receive dedicated support to follow and refine their customised exercise routines.

Hydrotherapy Classes for Groups

For those who prefer a group setting, these sessions enable participants to work through their personalised programs while receiving support and exercise modifications from a physiotherapist.
