Paediatric Physiotherapy
Paediatric Physiotherapy
At Core Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio in Adelaide, our approach to paediatric physiotherapy supports children across various developmental stages, working with families to promote each child’s unique strengths and abilities.
Through individualised, family-centered treatment plans, we address a variety of conditions with the aim of maximising participation in daily activities.

Our Approach
Comprehensive Initial Assessment
In the first session, a detailed assessment is conducted to understand the child's unique needs and formulate a tailored strategy.
Collaborative Treatment Planning
Together with families, we develop a structured plan that includes hands-on therapy, strategies for home, and, where appropriate, group classes.
Home-Based Strategies
These exercises help families integrate the benefits of physiotherapy into daily routines.
Hydrotherapy Sessions
One-on-one or small group sessions provide additional support through water-based exercises.
Social Group Classes
Encouraging peer interaction, these classes offer cost-effective options and foster social engagement for both children and parents.
