1. Manual Therapy and Hands-On Physiotherapy
We employ hands-on techniques designed to support physical progress through methods like:
Joint Mobilisation
Deep Soft Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Dry Needling
Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
These hands-on approaches are designed to meet personal requirements, enhancing movement, alleviating symptoms, and encouraging muscle relaxation and flexibility.

2. Hydrotherapy
For those who struggle with land-based exercise, hydrotherapy provides valuable support. Our Athelstone-based hydrotherapy programs utilise water-based exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Personalised Assessment
Each participant undergoes an in-depth assessment before beginning, covering injury history, posture, joint function, flexibility, and muscle control. Based on this, we create a personalised hydrotherapy plan.
One-on-One Hydrotherapy Programs
Under the supervision of an NDIS physiotherapist, participants receive dedicated support to follow and refine their customised exercise routines.
Guided Group Hydrotherapy Programs
For participants ready for group settings, these sessions allow individuals to follow their personalised programs with a physiotherapist present to support and adjust exercises as needed.
Things to Bring for Your Hydrotherapy Visit
Make sure to bring: Suitable swimwear or water-friendly clothing, A towel and fresh clothes, Thongs or waterproof footwear, and any medications you may need.
3. Gym-Focused Physiotherapy with PhysioEx
Our PhysioEx program incorporates Pilates and gym equipment to address core muscle strength, body alignment, balance, and flexibility. Ideal for a variety of functional goals, these exercises can help participants work on movements essential for everyday tasks.
Personalised PhysioEx Rehabilitation
Personalised one-on-one sessions incorporate Pilates and gym equipment to develop a customised exercise plan tailored to the participant’s needs and abilities.
Structured Group PhysioEx Rehabilitation
These small group sessions cater to individuals looking for reduced supervision, with a physiotherapist present to offer guidance and create a motivating setting for progressing towards independent exercise.
