1. Manual Therapy and Hands-On Physiotherapy
Our approach incorporates hands-on methods to help achieve physical goals, such as:
Joint Mobilisation
Deep Soft Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Dry Needling
Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
Each technique is adapted to individual needs, focusing on enhancing movement, relieving symptoms, and promoting muscle relaxation and flexibility.
2. Hydrotherapy Treatment
For those who struggle with land-based exercise, hydrotherapy provides valuable support. Our Paradise-based hydrotherapy programs utilise water-based exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
First Consultation
A full assessment is completed before starting, evaluating injury background, posture, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle function. We then collaborate to develop a hydrotherapy plan tailored to individual needs.
One-on-One Hydrotherapy Sessions
Under the supervision of an NDIS physiotherapist, participants receive dedicated support to follow and refine their customised exercise routines.
Group Hydrotherapy Classes
Participants ready for a group environment can benefit from these sessions, where they follow their individual programs under the supervision of a physiotherapist who offers guidance and necessary adjustments.
What to Bring to a Hydrotherapy Session
You will need: Bathers or comfortable water-friendly attire, A towel and change of clothing, Thongs or sandals and any required medications.
3. Strength and Rehabilitation with PhysioEx
The PhysioEx program blends Pilates techniques with gym-based training to enhance core stability, body mechanics, balance, and flexibility. These exercises are designed to assist participants in improving movements required for daily tasks.
One-on-One PhysioEx Rehab Sessions
Each one-on-one session utilises Pilates and gym-based training to craft a personalised exercise plan suited to the participant’s specific goals and fitness level.
Structured Group PhysioEx Rehabilitation
Ideal for participants who require minimal supervision, these small group sessions are overseen by a physiotherapist, fostering a supportive space for building confidence and independence in their exercises.
