Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Dry Needling
Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
Our methods are customised to suit each person’s needs, helping to improve mobility, ease symptoms, and support muscle relaxation and flexibility.

2. NDIS Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy can offer significant benefits for participants who find it challenging to exercise on land. Our hydrotherapy programs in Brompton use water-based exercises to support a range of goals, including strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Comprehensive Assessment
Participants start with a thorough assessment, reviewing injury history, posture, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle control. We then develop a personalised hydrotherapy plan to match individual goals.
One-on-One Hydrotherapy Sessions
Guided by an NDIS physiotherapist, these sessions focus on helping participants stay on track with their personalised exercise programs through continuous supervision.
Group Hydrotherapy Classes
For participants ready for group settings, these sessions allow individuals to follow their personalised programs with a physiotherapist present to support and adjust exercises as needed.
What to Bring to a Hydrotherapy Session
Please bring: Swimwear or suitable water-friendly clothing, A towel and spare clothes, Slip-on footwear such as thongs or sandals, and any necessary medications.
3. Comprehensive PhysioEx Rehabilitation
PhysioEx combines Pilates and gym-based exercises to improve core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. Designed for various functional needs, these exercises assist participants in refining movements used in daily activities.
Individual PhysioEx Exercise Programs
These one-on-one sessions use Pilates and gym-based equipment to create an adaptable exercise routine focused on the participant’s goals and ability level.
PhysioEx Classes for Groups
Ideal for participants who require minimal supervision, these small group sessions are overseen by a physiotherapist, fostering a supportive space for building confidence and independence in their exercises.
