1. Hands-On Therapy and Manual Techniques
Our approach incorporates hands-on methods to help achieve physical goals, such as:
Joint Mobilisation
Deep Soft Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Dry Needling
Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
Tailored to individual needs, these techniques work to enhance mobility, manage discomfort, and support muscle relaxation and flexibility.

2. NDIS Hydrotherapy
For those who struggle with land-based exercise, hydrotherapy provides valuable support. Our Brompton-based hydrotherapy programs utilise water-based exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Comprehensive Assessment
A full assessment is completed before starting, evaluating injury background, posture, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle function. We then collaborate to develop a hydrotherapy plan tailored to individual needs.
Individual Hydrotherapy Treatments
Guided by an NDIS physiotherapist, these sessions focus on helping participants stay on track with their personalised exercise programs through continuous supervision.
Hydrotherapy Classes for Groups
For participants ready for group settings, these sessions allow individuals to follow their personalised programs with a physiotherapist present to support and adjust exercises as needed.
Checklist for Hydrotherapy Sessions
What to bring: Bathers or water-appropriate attire, A towel and a change of clothes, Waterproof footwear like thongs or sandals, and any prescribed medications.
3. Gym-Focused Physiotherapy with PhysioEx
Our PhysioEx sessions utilise Pilates and specialised gym equipment to support core stability, alignment, balance, and flexibility. These exercises are beneficial for enhancing movement patterns needed for everyday function.
One-on-One PhysioEx Training
Using Pilates and gym-based equipment, these individual sessions are designed to create a flexible exercise program that aligns with the participant’s goals and skill level.
PhysioEx Classes for Groups
Designed for those seeking less supervision, these small group sessions are conducted under the continuous guidance of a physiotherapist, providing an encouraging environment to advance toward independence in their exercises.
