1. Manual and Hands-On Physiotherapy
To assist with physical goals, we apply hands-on techniques, including:
Joint Mobilisation
Deep Soft Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Dry Needling
Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
These hands-on approaches are designed to meet personal requirements, enhancing movement, alleviating symptoms, and encouraging muscle relaxation and flexibility.

2. Hydrotherapy Treatment
For those who struggle with land-based exercise, hydrotherapy provides valuable support. Our Hackham-based hydrotherapy programs utilise water-based exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Comprehensive Assessment
Each participant undergoes an in-depth assessment before beginning, covering injury history, posture, joint function, flexibility, and muscle control. Based on this, we create a personalised hydrotherapy plan.
One-on-One Hydrotherapy Sessions
Supervised by a NDIS physiotherapist, these sessions provide focused guidance to help participants work on their customised exercise programs with consistent supervision.
Group Hydrotherapy Classes
Participants ready for a group environment can benefit from these sessions, where they follow their individual programs under the supervision of a physiotherapist who offers guidance and necessary adjustments.
Checklist for Hydrotherapy Sessions
Required items: Swimwear or lightweight water-friendly clothing, A towel and extra clothing, Thongs or sandals for walking, and any essential medications.
3. Strength and Rehabilitation with PhysioEx
Our PhysioEx program incorporates Pilates and gym equipment to address core muscle strength, body alignment, balance, and flexibility. Ideal for a variety of functional goals, these exercises can help participants work on movements essential for everyday tasks.
Individual PhysioEx Exercise Programs
These tailored one-on-one sessions integrate Pilates and gym exercises to build a structured yet adaptable workout routine based on the participant’s abilities and objectives.
Group PhysioEx Classes
For those comfortable with less supervision, these small group sessions provide ongoing physiotherapist support, ensuring a structured yet encouraging space for developing exercise independence.
