Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
Our methods are customised to suit each person’s needs, helping to improve mobility, ease symptoms, and support muscle relaxation and flexibility.
2. Hydrotherapy Programs
Participants who experience difficulty with land-based exercise can benefit greatly from hydrotherapy. Our Mitchell Park hydrotherapy programs incorporate water-based exercises to assist with strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Comprehensive Assessment
Before beginning, participants undergo a comprehensive assessment to gather a detailed history of injuries and assess posture, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle control. Together, we create a tailored hydrotherapy plan aligned with personal objectives.
Individual Hydrotherapy Sessions
Under the supervision of an NDIS physiotherapist, participants receive dedicated support to follow and refine their customised exercise routines.
Group Hydrotherapy Sessions
For those who prefer a group setting, these sessions enable participants to work through their personalised programs while receiving support and exercise modifications from a physiotherapist.
