NDIS Physiotherapy Eligibility Requirements
To receive NDIS support, individuals must adhere to these eligibility guidelines:
Applicants must be younger than 65 when submitting their application.
To qualify, individuals must be Australian citizens, hold permanent residency, or possess a valid permanent visa.
Participants must meet the NDIS criteria for disability support or early intervention.
Our dedicated staff can assist with the application process and help clarify eligibility criteria.

2. Hydrotherapy Treatment
Participants who experience difficulty with land-based exercise can benefit greatly from hydrotherapy. Our Prospect hydrotherapy programs incorporate water-based exercises to assist with strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Comprehensive Assessment
Participants start with a thorough assessment, reviewing injury history, posture, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle control. We then develop a personalised hydrotherapy plan to match individual goals.
Personal Hydrotherapy Sessions
Under the supervision of an NDIS physiotherapist, participants receive dedicated support to follow and refine their customised exercise routines.
Guided Group Hydrotherapy Programs
For participants ready for group settings, these sessions allow individuals to follow their personalised programs with a physiotherapist present to support and adjust exercises as needed.
Essential Items for Your Hydrotherapy Program
What to bring: Bathers or water-appropriate attire, A towel and a change of clothes, Waterproof footwear like thongs or sandals, and any prescribed medications.
3. PhysioEx Gym-Based Rehabilitation Program
The PhysioEx program blends Pilates techniques with gym-based training to enhance core stability, body mechanics, balance, and flexibility. These exercises are designed to assist participants in improving movements required for daily tasks.
One-on-One PhysioEx Rehab Sessions
Personalised one-on-one sessions incorporate Pilates and gym equipment to develop a customised exercise plan tailored to the participant’s needs and abilities.
PhysioEx Training in a Group Environment
Ideal for participants who require minimal supervision, these small group sessions are overseen by a physiotherapist, fostering a supportive space for building confidence and independence in their exercises.
