Our well-established physiotherapy practices across Adelaide employ over 60 Physiotherapists to provide high quality care and facilities to all our clients.
With a strong focus on providing staff education and established career pathways, we offer an environment that is suitable for highly motivated physiotherapists.
We have set up a treatment time structure that allows therapists to care for their clients like individuals, providing the best possible outcomes for their patients and the most satisfying way to work.
Our therapists are all on a sliding scale of pay relative to the length of time worked within our practices. This means that as you grow within the practice, you are valued and appreciated as an integral team member
We provide weekly and monthly in house training as well as offer an annual Continuing Education budget to each therapist for completion of courses of their choice.
We offer staff a full in-house Pilates equipment and mat training program run over 5 weekends each year. We also train our staff to use RTUS as part of the foundation for our rehabilitation programs.
These courses are included in our continuing education package at no extra cost to staff.
We develop our practices around building great teams. This assists each person’s professional development and makes coming to work more fulfilling and fun.
For staff who show excellence in clinical care and a flare for communication and teamwork, we have opportunities to run and own practices within our group.
We offer flexibility in working hours as well as conditions to ensure both our staff and each clinic are winners.
Not only are the owners of all our clinics South Australian Physiotherapists, but they all work hands on as therapists in their respective clinic. This way all staff are continuously in touch with their Senior Therapist and Practice owner.
