1. Hands-On Therapy and Manual Techniques
We utilise hands-on techniques to support physical goals, including:
Joint Mobilisation
Deep Soft Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Dry Needling
Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
Each technique is adapted to individual needs, focusing on enhancing movement, relieving symptoms, and promoting muscle relaxation and flexibility.

2. Hydrotherapy Services
Participants who experience difficulty with land-based exercise can benefit greatly from hydrotherapy. Our Happy Valley hydrotherapy programs incorporate water-based exercises to assist with strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Personalised Assessment
Prior to starting, a detailed assessment is conducted to examine injury history, posture, joint movement, flexibility, and muscle control. This allows us to design a customised hydrotherapy program aligned with personal goals.
Personal Hydrotherapy Sessions
Guided by an NDIS physiotherapist, these sessions focus on helping participants stay on track with their personalised exercise programs through continuous supervision.
Hydrotherapy Sessions in a Group Setting
Participants who are comfortable in a group setting can engage in these sessions while following their customised programs, with a physiotherapist available to provide guidance and modifications.
Checklist for Hydrotherapy Sessions
Make sure to bring: Suitable swimwear or water-friendly clothing, A towel and fresh clothes, Thongs or waterproof footwear, and any medications you may need.
3. Gym-Focused Physiotherapy with PhysioEx
The PhysioEx program blends Pilates techniques with gym-based training to enhance core stability, body mechanics, balance, and flexibility. These exercises are designed to assist participants in improving movements required for daily tasks.
One-on-One PhysioEx Training
Personalised one-on-one sessions incorporate Pilates and gym equipment to develop a customised exercise plan tailored to the participant’s needs and abilities.
Structured Group PhysioEx Rehabilitation
These small group sessions cater to individuals looking for reduced supervision, with a physiotherapist present to offer guidance and create a motivating setting for progressing towards independent exercise.
