Background
Lachlan’s journey into physiotherapy was shaped by his own experiences with frequent injuries and regular physio sessions while growing up. Having gone through several rehabilitation processes himself, he developed a true appreciation for the impact that the right guidance and support can have in returning to the activities people love.
He has a special interest in sporting injuries, as well as low back and neck pain. Lachlan focuses on delivering structured, personalised rehabilitation that not only treats the injury but also addresses the underlying cause and helps prevent recurrence.
His approach combines hands-on treatment, tailored exercise programs, and clear education, empowering patients to feel confident and in control of their recovery. Whether dealing with a new injury or ongoing pain, Lachlan is dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
Outside of work, Lachlan enjoys staying fit and active by getting out and about. His current obsession is triathlons, where he can often be found running, swimming, or cycling as he strives for new goals and achievements. He also loves watching footy and exploring different cafes around Adelaide in search of the best coffee.

Background
I am a passionate physiotherapist with a strong belief in the power of holistic health and well-being. My journey into physiotherapy was driven by my love for people and my desire to help others improve their physical health. Coming from a competitive racquet sport background in tennis and basketball, I now focus my energy on gym-based activities, where I’ve developed a keen interest in sport and gym injuries.
With a clinical focus on sports rehabilitation, headaches, and lower back pain, I specialize in preventative management techniques, particularly gym training and Pilates. My goal is to help clients not only recover but also prevent future injuries through tailored rehabilitation and strengthening programs.
When I’m not working with patients, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially my niece and nephew, and staying active in the gym. I am committed to supporting each person I work with, encouraging them to reach their full potential and live pain-free.
