Background
Tayla is a physiotherapist with a strong sporting background and a genuine passion for helping people return to movement with confidence. Having played lacrosse from a young age, she developed an appreciation for injury prevention, performance and rehabilitation process.
After sustaining an ACL injury, Tayla gained first-hand insight into both the physical and emotional challenges of injury and recovery. This experience shaped her interest in injury management and evidence-based rehabilitation and allows her to bring a high level of empathy and understanding to clients navigating their own rehabilitation journeys.
Tayla’s approach is supportive and patient centred. She takes the time to understand each individual’s goals and work collaboratively to create structured and individualised rehabilitation plans. With interests in sports physiotherapy, hydrotherapy and rehabilitation, she aims to restore function, reduce pain and empower clients to build strength and confidence for long-term outcomes.

Background
Ella is a physiotherapist who graduated in 2021 with a passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and supported in their bodies. Since graduating, she has worked primarily in the musculoskeletal field and has developed a special interest in women’s health and paediatrics.
Over the past few years, Ella has pursued extensive additional training in women’s health physiotherapy and has had the privilege of working at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in both the postnatal and gynaecological wards. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the physical challenges many women face during and after pregnancy, following surgery, or while managing pelvic health conditions.
Ella’s approach is patient-centred and compassionate. She takes the time to listen, understand each client’s story, and work collaboratively to build achievable goals. Whether it’s supporting someone to return to exercise after having a baby, managing pelvic pain, or navigating recovery after gynaecological surgery, Ella aims to create a safe and supportive space where every client feels heard and empowered.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering new local cafes, and staying active through Pilates and coastal walks. Ella is dedicated to supporting her clients on their journey to better health and well-being.

Background
Fatima’s journey into physiotherapy began after a long and frustrating recovery from a severe ankle sprain. What initially seemed like a minor injury became a significant turning point in her life. Over months of rehabilitation, she experienced firsthand the empowering impact of receiving the right guidance, support, and movement-based therapy—not only for physical healing, but for building mental resilience as well.
This experience inspired Fatima to pursue a career as a physiotherapist, with the goal of helping others navigate their recovery journeys with greater confidence and less uncertainty.
Whether supporting someone recovering from a sprain, surgery, or managing chronic pain, Fatima’s approach is grounded in evidence-based care, personalised rehabilitation plans, and a genuine passion for helping people move well again.

Alie’s journey into physiotherapy began with her own recovery from a motor vehicle accident during childhood, which involved multiple surgeries and a lengthy rehabilitation process. That experience inspired her to help others regain their full functional capacity—whether they’re recovering from sports injuries or post-operative procedures. As a dancer trained in styles such as shuffle and heel, Alie also has a special interest in treating dance-related injuries. Her goal as a physiotherapist is to provide compassionate, tailored care that helps individuals move with confidence and live pain-free.
