Our hands-on techniques focus on assisting with physical goals through methods such as:
Joint Mobilisation
Deep Soft Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Dry Needling
Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
These hands-on approaches are designed to meet personal requirements, enhancing movement, alleviating symptoms, and encouraging muscle relaxation and flexibility.

2. Hydrotherapy Treatment
Hydrotherapy is an excellent option for individuals who find land-based exercise difficult. Our Glandore hydrotherapy sessions focus on water-based movements to promote strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Initial Assessment
Before beginning, participants undergo a comprehensive assessment to gather a detailed history of injuries and assess posture, joint mobility, flexibility, and muscle control. Together, we create a tailored hydrotherapy plan aligned with personal objectives.
One-on-One Hydrotherapy Sessions
With an NDIS physiotherapist providing supervision, these sessions offer structured guidance to help participants progress through their tailored exercise programs.
Group Hydrotherapy Sessions
For those who prefer a group setting, these sessions enable participants to work through their personalised programs while receiving support and exercise modifications from a physiotherapist.
Things to Bring for Your Hydrotherapy Visit
You will need: Bathers or comfortable water-friendly attire, A towel and change of clothing, Thongs or sandals and any required medications.
3. Gym-Focused Physiotherapy with PhysioEx
With a focus on core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility, our PhysioEx program integrates Pilates and gym exercises to support a range of functional goals, helping participants develop essential daily movement skills.
Individual PhysioEx Exercise Programs
Each one-on-one session utilises Pilates and gym-based training to craft a personalised exercise plan suited to the participant’s specific goals and fitness level.
PhysioEx Training in a Group Environment
For those comfortable with less supervision, these small group sessions provide ongoing physiotherapist support, ensuring a structured yet encouraging space for developing exercise independence.
