At Core Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio, we are a registered NDIS provider across multiple Adelaide locations, supporting NDIS participants in working towards physical, functional, and life goals tailored to their needs.
Eligible participants can access a broad range of therapy options and services, all customised to support their individual goals.
NDIS Physiotherapy Eligibility Requirements
To receive NDIS support, individuals must adhere to these eligibility guidelines:
Applicants must be younger than 65 when submitting their application.
Applicants must have Australian citizenship, permanent resident status, or an eligible visa.
NDIS applicants must comply with the program’s disability or early intervention requirements.
Our dedicated staff can assist with the application process and help clarify eligibility criteria.
1. Manual Therapy and Hands-On Physiotherapy
We utilise hands-on techniques to support physical goals, including:
Joint Mobilisation
Deep Soft Tissue Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Dry Needling
Stretching & Neural Mobilisation
Tailored to individual needs, these techniques work to enhance mobility, manage discomfort, and support muscle relaxation and flexibility.

2. Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is particularly beneficial for those who face challenges with traditional exercise. Our Marleston hydrotherapy programs use water-based activities to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance.
Initial Evaluation
Prior to starting, a detailed assessment is conducted to examine injury history, posture, joint movement, flexibility, and muscle control. This allows us to design a customised hydrotherapy program aligned with personal goals.
One-on-One Hydrotherapy Programs
Under the supervision of an NDIS physiotherapist, participants receive dedicated support to follow and refine their customised exercise routines.
Group Hydrotherapy Classes
Participants ready for a group environment can benefit from these sessions, where they follow their individual programs under the supervision of a physiotherapist who offers guidance and necessary adjustments.
What to Bring to a Hydrotherapy Session
What to bring: Bathers or water-appropriate attire, A towel and a change of clothes, Waterproof footwear like thongs or sandals, and any prescribed medications.
3. Strength and Rehabilitation with PhysioEx
With a focus on core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility, our PhysioEx program integrates Pilates and gym exercises to support a range of functional goals, helping participants develop essential daily movement skills.
One-on-One PhysioEx Rehab Sessions
These tailored one-on-one sessions integrate Pilates and gym exercises to build a structured yet adaptable workout routine based on the participant’s abilities and objectives.
Guided Group Sessions with PhysioEx
These sessions are designed for participants who need less direct supervision, allowing them to practice their exercises in a small group setting with continuous physiotherapist oversight and encouragement.
