Josh has a strong interest in sports physiotherapy and general musculoskeletal injury management. He has experience working with a variety of clients, from everyday individuals to recreational and community-level athletes. He enjoys helping clients with a combination of tailored rehabilitation exercise programs and manual therapy techniques, such as dry needling. This ensures clients are able to stay active and achieve their physical goals.
Outside of the clinic, Josh uses his sports physiotherapy expertise at a football club for a few hours per week, whilst also being involved as a player.
