Colin enjoys helping people recover from their injuries, getting back to their sport of choice or daily life. He has a strong focus in exercise prescription and Pilates to overcome injuries and weaknesses. Outside of work, Colin plays baseball, golf and likes to do park runs. He also volunteers in his spare time for the APM SANFL Inclusive league.
