Shazia’s physiotherapy treatments are personalised and hands-on, focusing on what works best for you. Being fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, Shazia ensures a seamless experience for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Shazia Dalvi has extensive experience being a Sports Physiotherapist working with both adult and youth sports teams, providing expert care in injury recovery, prevention, and performance enhancement. Her hands-on approach has helped athletes at all levels recover from injuries, prevent future setbacks, and optimize their performance capacity. Shazia also has experience in treating TMJ-related pain, headaches, and managing neck and lower back pain. She uses a tailored approach to effectively address these conditions, helping patients find relief, restore function, and improve their quality of life.

Growing up, she frequently accompanied her mother to her physiotherapy appointments, where she witnessed firsthand the positive impact that skilled physiotherapists can have on a person’s recovery and quality of life. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy, as she wanted to make a difference in people’s lives by providing care that promotes healing, mobility, and overall well-being.
