Our clients have been asking and we have listened and are proud to announce that the Campbelltown Physio practice now offers Hydrotherapy to add to our ever growing list of treatments.
Our Physios; Ravi and John, will have you in an indoor pool with water that is heated to a beautiful 31.5 degrees all year round in either a group session or 1:1 situation.
What Is Hydrotherapy?
Hydrotherapy involves the use of warm water for pain relief and prevention, assisting your muscles to relax, increasing the range of movement and therefore allowing you to exercise with little to no pain all whilst being weightless.
Hydrotherapy is useful for treating conditions such as arthritis, rheumatic complaints and other ailments that may generally cause pain during land based activities.
How Do I Start?
Before you dust off those bathers and get ready to jump in the pool, you will be seen by one of our Physiotherapists at our Campbelltown Physio practice to tailor a programme specific to you and your needs.
All health funds are accepted and medicare referrals from your doctor can also cover 1:1 Hydrotherapy sessions.
If you would like to begin Hydrotherapy just give our friendly receptionists a call at the Campbelltown Physio practice and they can answer any further questions that you may have as well as booking you in for an appointment to get you started on your way to pain free exercising!!!
