Our Process

Comprehensive Musculo-Skeletal Assessment

Our initial assessment covers personal goals, a detailed history of past and current injuries, and evaluations of posture, mobility, flexibility, and muscle function.

Real-Time Ultrasound Imaging

Prior to commencing, ultrasound imaging is recommended to assess the function of deep abdominal muscles, offering real-time feedback to guide exercise adjustments.

Individual Exercise Sessions

During the initial 3-5 sessions, one-on-one guidance from a physiotherapist ensures a program tailored to individual needs, with a focus on breathing, spinal alignment, and core muscle engagement.

Small Group Exercise Sessions

Once comfortable with the basics, participants join small group sessions (3-6 people), where individualised programs are followed under physiotherapist supervision.

Regular Program Upgrades

Sessions are periodically reviewed and updated to maintain progress and align with evolving fitness goals.

Frequency and Commitment for Optimal Benefits

To achieve the best results, we recommend attending two to three sessions per week over an eight to twelve-week period. Many clients experience noticeable improvements in posture, strength, flexibility, and overall control within this timeframe. Afterward, clients may continue in group sessions or transition to a tailored home or gym-based exercise routine.
