Members First Physiotherapy Network Fees
When a client attends a practice that has a BUPA Members First agreement, BUPA will pay the maximum rebate back on your appointment, leaving you with a reduced out of pocket expense. Your gap will vary based on your level cover, however as a guideline, the best and worse case scenarios are shown below:

*Please note – these gaps are a guideline based on your funds current extras packages & your cover may vary. To find out the exact amount of your gap, you can contact BUPA on 134 135 and quote the above codes and total price. Some BUPA family covers even offer no-gap for all physio appointments for kids under 25, all year round! Also some covers have an annual bonus which covers the gap on the first few claims per year (bonus used for any service – not just physio until it all used).
Non – BUPA Members First Fees
Although we have registered our interest, at certain practices, we have not been able to secure a BUPA Members First agreement. BUPA members are still welcome to attend these sites and can still claim on their BUPA insurance. Regardless of your health fund, the same great service quality, one on one care and availability of appointments applies.
