Background
Belle graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences, Master of Physiotherapy and enjoys working with a wide range of clients to help them move better, rebuild strength, and regain confidence – so they can get back to doing what they love, no matter their age or activity level.
With a special interest in both paediatrics and sports-related injuries, Belle is passionate about supporting people through every stage of life. Whether it’s helping children develop healthy movement patterns or assisting adults with rehabilitation, she is dedicated to providing care that is personalised and aligned with individual goals.
Outside of work, Belle has a particular interest in distance running. She understands the physical and mental benefits of staying active – and the frustration that can come with injury setbacks. Belle takes a functional, hands-on approach to rehabilitation, combining manual therapy with individually tailored exercise programs that are practical, goal-oriented, and tailored to suit each person’s lifestyle.
