Background

Julia graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science / Master of Physiotherapy from Flinders University. She has a particular interest in treating lower back pain, as well as shoulder and ankle injuries, and is passionate about helping people recover and achieve their personalised goals through a combination of hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise prescription.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys sailing, bouldering, going to the gym, and has recently discovered a newfound enjoyment for social pickleball. With a strong sporting background, she understands firsthand the physical and mental challenges of managing an injury while balancing sport and everyday life commitments. This insight drives her dedication to helping clients return not only to their previous level of function, but to a stronger and more confident version of themselves.

Julia values building genuine rapport with her clients and fostering a supportive environment where they feel heard, empowered, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey.
