Background
Esther graduated with Honours from the University of South Australia and has since developed a special interest in spinal health and exercise-based rehabilitation. With training in dry needling and clinical Pilates, she takes a holistic and movement-focused approach to help clients feel stronger, move better, and stay pain-free.
Her clinical interests include managing neck, mid-back and lower back pain, as well as treating lower limb injuries involving the hips, knees, and ankles. Esther has also completed APA Level 1 Women’s Health training and is passionate about supporting women through all stages of life.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys attending Strong Pilates classes and social runs, but mainly for the post-run coffee and pastries!
