Background
With over two years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Mahesh has experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries, as well as managing common musculoskeletal conditions such as neck pain, TMJ pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, and ankle pain.
He takes a holistic, patient-centred approach, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of my clients. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or working to improve function and reduce pain, Mahesh uses a variety of evidence-based techniques, including dry needling and exercise-based rehabilitation, to restore movement and prevent future issues.
Mahesh’s expertise also includes post-surgical rehabilitation, ensuring you recover safely and effectively, with the goal of returning to an active lifestyle as quickly as possible. Whether you’re an athlete or simply looking to move better and live pain-free, he is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals through personalized care and rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Mahesh enjoys playing cricket, badminton, and tennis. These activities not only keep him active, but also help him relate to the challenges athletes face during recovery.
