Good news! Kay has recently started running group PhysioEx classes at the Melrose Park Physio practice.
PhysioEx uses Pilates-based exercises combined with strength and conditioning training.
To aid in the management of injury in the general population.

She enjoys working with her clients, to get them moving & on the right program for them.
