Recently two of our Physios, who have a special interest in treating Vertigo, Hinal & Leanie, underwent further advanced training in assessment and management Vertigo conducted by Vanessa Simpson, a highly regarded Senior Neurological and Vestibular Physiotherapist from New Zealand.
Vertigo is a broad term to characterise symptoms including:
- Brief spinning sensation
- Nausea / vomiting
- Struggles with balance
- Feelings of dizziness such as light-headedness
- Falls / fear of falling.
