Work Injury
All clients who have sustained an injury at work and are under the Return to Work SA system will have seen a GP and have an active Medical Certificate. Once you have this certificate, all Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation costs provided at Core Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio is bulk billed with all accounts being sent directly to Return to Work SA and no out of pocket expense for the patient.
Motor Vehicle Accident
If you have had a motor vehicle accident, you are required to lodge a claim with Allianz CTP (Compulsory Third Party) Insurance. When your claim is approved by Allianz, Core Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio will bulk bill your appointments, with all accounts being sent directly to Allianz and no out of pocket expense for the patient.
