Background
Alex is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for helping people overcome musculoskeletal injuries through a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise prescription. With extensive experience in strength training, Alex is skilled in writing both gym and Pilates programs to support clients in improving function, and returning to the activities they love.
Alex has a particular interest in treating neck, mid-back and low-back pain. He has also undertaken additional training in shoulder injuries and sports physiotherapy, which have become a key focus of his clinical practice. In addition to his musculoskeletal work, Alex has completed training in vestibular rehabilitation and is equipped to assess and manage a variety of vertigo and balance conditions.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys staying active – spending time in the gym and playing volleyball. He understands that finding time for injury rehabilitation can be difficult, so he uses his personal experience to formulate efficient and timely exercise programs for clients that fit into their busy schedules.

Sturt Football Club – Centre of Excellence Physiotherapist
Background
Daniel is a physiotherapist who believes that a thorough assessment is essential to establishing an accurate working diagnosis. This foundation allows for effective patient education, the development of individualised exercise-based management plans, and the promotion of self-management strategies that empower individuals to reach their goals.
His clinical interests lie in two distinct yet surprisingly connected areas. Personal experience has sparked a strong passion for sports injury management and rehabilitation—particularly tendinopathies and ankle injuries. At the same time, Daniel has developed a deep interest in the evolving understanding and treatment of chronic pain. He is currently undertaking further external training to enhance his clinical skills and broaden his knowledge of both physical and psychological management strategies in this area.
Outside of the clinic, Daniel is a Senior Player for the Sturt Football Club in the SANFL. His own experiences with injury and rehabilitation have shaped his clinical approach and allow him to connect more deeply with his clients. He also works as a physiotherapist with Sturt’s Centre of Excellence program, where he assists in the assessment, management, and rehabilitation of the Under 14, 16, and 18 footballers.

Background
I’m a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist with a background in general musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation. I love combining the benefits of evidence-based physiotherapy with Pilates, drawing on my experience as a qualified instructor.
I’ve expanded my practice into pelvic health—a field I’ve long been interested in—and now support women through a wide range of pelvic health concerns. These include stress urinary incontinence (SUI), urgency, overactive bladder, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic girdle pain. I also offer pre- and post-natal care, including tailored exercise programs, pre and post-natal check-ups, and support with issues like diastasis rectus abdominis and breast care (including mastitis). I also offer pre- and post-natal Pilates classes that support women through each stage of pregnancy and into recovery. These classes are designed to help build core strength, improve posture, reduce pain and discomfort, and promote a smoother recovery after birth.

Background
Michael is a physiotherapist with a strong interest in knee rehabilitation, including ACL rehab, as well as a range of sports injuries and tendinopathies. He has undertaken further research into both conservative and surgical management of ACL injuries and completed additional training in the detection and management of sporting injuries. His treatment approach is centered around functional, individualised rehabilitation programs that incorporate a variety of exercise techniques, including both gym- and Pilates-based training. Michael is passionate about helping clients return to full function—whether that means living pain-free or achieving a successful return to sport—through targeted, evidence-based interventions.
Outside the clinic, football and golf take up most of his weekends. He has also played tennis and cricket in the past and maintains a strong interest in both. Michael’s broad experience across different sports gives him a deeper understanding of the physical demands athletes face, enabling him to tailor rehabilitation programs to meet the specific needs of both younger and older athletes.
