Our newest physiotherapist, or rather a returning face, of the Core Physio Adelaide CBD team is Susan Yang! Some of you may remember Susan, as she used to practice at our clinic a few years ago before moving overseas to Macau.
Susan has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
Susan’s experience includes:
Dean Watson Headaches, Vertigo, GEMt Dry needling Level 1-3, K-taping Level 1-2, McKenzie Level 1-2, Real Time Ultrasound, Acupuncture Level 1 certified by APA, Integrated Dry Needling Level 1-2, Muscle Energy Technique, Manipulation, Explain pain, Mulligan Technique & Polestar Pilates Accreditation (WOW!)
Charlotte from the Adelaide CBD admin team asked Susan a few get-to-know-you questions:
Are you a coffee or tea person?
A morning coffee is a pamper for myself but I am easily influenced, so I drink either under different social occasions.
What’s your idea of a perfect day?
Blue sky, 25 degree temperature with minimum humidity with a cool breeze. That together with waking up with no swollen face.
Can you speak more than one language?
I speak 2 languages fluently (English and Mandarin) and a dialect. I can read Japanese and have simple conversations (must say, I am a little out of practice).
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy hiking and photo taking!
Do you have any pets?
I have 2 emu toys, they are my pets. They are actually handmade by a dear friend I met in Saudi Arabia and she made them in London and posted them to me in Australia.
There was a little story with the emu. I came across an emu on my way to Alice Spring and the look on its face was phenomenal! It’s exactly the face I put on with all the crazy stuff she and I had come across together while we were working together in Saudi. She made those 2 plush emu based on the photo I had taken.
Have a look at the photos and you have to agree she did a fantastic job!
Come see Susan for your next physio appointment Core Physio Adelaide CBD – same day bookings are regularly available!
