PhysioEx uses Pilates-inspired exercises combined with strength and conditioning training to aid in the management of injuries.

Before starting a PhysioEx program one of our Physiotherapists will discuss your goals, assess your posture and undertake a history of previous and current injuries. As well as assessing mobility, flexibility and muscle control.
This allows your Physiotherapist to tailor a program suited to your individual goals and needs.
After your assessment, our Physiotherapist will establish a specific program based on your condition.
These sessions focus on the teaching principles of breathing, posture and more.
The exercises classes are conducted with a maximum of 5 patients in a group under the supervision of Physiotherapists, who will ensure the correct techniques and regular progression during the classes.
