We have added extra PhysioEx classes to our weekly schedule including more morning, lunch and evening times.
This means that you will have more options to visit the practice to complete your PhysioEx Program.
First Time Hearing About PhysioEx…..?
PhysioEx uses Pilates-inspired exercises combined with strength and conditioning training to aid in the management of injuries.
The Benefits Of PhysioEx
PhysioEx is suitable for a wide range of people and conditions.
The benefits of PhysioEx include injury prevention and rehabilitation, core muscle strengthening, posture, and body awareness. As well as enhanced flexibility and motion.
Before starting a PhysioEx program one of our Physiotherapists will discuss your goals, assess your posture and undertake a history of previous and current injuries. As well as assessing mobility, flexibility and muscle control.
This allows your Physiotherapist to tailor a program suited to your individual goals and needs.
After your assessment, our Physiotherapist will establish a specific program based on your condition.
These sessions focus on the teaching principles of breathing, posture and more.
The exercises classes are conducted with a maximum of 5 patients in a group under the supervision of Physiotherapists, who will ensure the correct techniques and regular progression during the classes.
