PhysioEx is Core Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio’s new group and individual exercise program. It uses the themes of resistance training and Pilates inspired exercises, to tailor-make an individual program for your clients.
This program is built around the client’s goals and aims to return them back to their prior functional levels.
Over the past six months James and Urvashi, along with other Core Physiotherapy & Pilates Studio’s Physiotherapists, have been incorporating these themes into the rehabilitation of their patients. Transitioning them from initial Physiotherapy practices to preparing clients to return to their daily lives, incorporating individualised and specific exercises targeted to achieve the client’s goals.
Evidence has shown greater benefits with supervised exercise programs, both in an individual and small group setting, amongst all age groups.
Currently, classes have a maximum of five clients to one Physiotherapist, to ensure adequate attention to each individual based on their needs.
PhysioEx is being used to treat a wide range of client conditions such as low back pain, knee, hip, shoulder pain, balance & postural issues.
